Ouch! In a good way; Sort of...

One never really knows what is going to happen when you release that first novel. Some people will love it and some will not. Not only won't they love it, they may even perhaps dislike it--A LOT. This happens to every writer. There is nothing new under the sun; this is life. Connecting with readers has been the most enjoyable part of this journey. I've met some incredible people and I'm grateful that I am able to share my stories on such a level that it is being read all over the globe. It's amazing.

So, one day at time, one reader at a time, one story at a time. Thanks to all who have read and reviewed The Guardian. I've learned something from each and everyone of you! You guys are totally awesome!
